Job Position – Content Associate

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Location: Lagos

Job Description for Content Associate

  • Must be career driven, concentrated, and able to curate and manage content for STEM Education in Nigeria.
  • Should be able to accelerate the process of increased access, and quality of education.
  • Candidate must understand that content is king, and programmes are only as good as the content.
  • Should also have a strong interest in education and technology, with the distinct skill set to fit this role.
  • Must work hand in hand with the Learning Development Manager to structure curriculums according to programme specifications.
  • Create standard procedures for content curation cycle: including identification, evaluation and deployment phases.
  • Carry out regular evaluation and update content to ascertain all content is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Keep a pulse on industry standards, and any difference in the Edtech space, with the ability to show new changes in content as needed.
  • Be able to recognize and keep partnerships with third-party providers and key industry players.

Job Requirements for Content Associate

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience.
  • Excellent research and examining skills and also able to pay attention to detail.
  • Able to work as a one-man team, and with less supervision.
  • Able to share concepts, ideas and plans distinctly and effectively.

Job Description for Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

  • The successful candidate will present complete management of the project monitoring and evaluation system for all relearn’s education programs and will be required to work hand-in-hand with a team and volunteers to supervise data collection and monitoring efforts.
  • Will create or adapt tools for data collection and will cater to enforcing the monitoring and evaluation activities.
  • Oversee all aspects of programme monitoring and reporting, making sure data is of high quality and produced on time.
  • Manage all project activities and advancement towards achieving the project output.
  • Assemble reports and feedback from the project to form evaluations.
  • Supervise the monitoring of programs to access program performance, relevance, and effectiveness.
  • Provide findings in different interacting and clear ways.
  • Oversee the conveyance of monitoring, evaluation and learning reporting requirements.
  • Abide by all relevant legal regulations, industry standards, and Organizational policies.
  • Get ready all required reports and keep a complete set of records on all activities.
  • Discharge other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements for Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or Masters required, in Social Sciences and/or specialized training or certification in monitoring & evaluation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of credible experience in the monitoring & evaluation of international development projects, preferably in an education-related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of reporting requirements would be an asset, including experience in designing and implementing performance monitoring plans (PMPs), and a rigorous impact evaluation design.
  • In-depth understanding of EMIS systems and databases/data collection.
  • Should have knowledge of education issues in Nigeria.
  • Good written and oral English communication skills.
  • Excellent in the use of Microsoft Office and also other database and statistical applications.
