Job Responsibilities

  • Overseeing huge amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a prompt manner.
  • Abiding by call center “scripts” when managing different topics.
  • Recognizing customers’ needs, clear up information, research every matter and offering solutions.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Grab chances to upsell products when they arise.

Job Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. in any discipline.
  • Should not be over 28 years old.
  • Excellent spoken English with impressive interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and any of these native languages: Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba.
  • Must be a resident in Lagos.
