Job Description for Executive Assistant

  • Implement a variety of administrative and personalized tasks as assigned by the MD.
  • Responsible for organizing and managing the MD’s calendar and preparing expense reports.
  • Function as the contact person among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
  • Manage and organize information flow in a prompt and accurate
  • Filing and recovering corporate records, documents, and reports
  • Supervise the performance of other clerical staff
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Research, prepare and format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, reports, documents for review and presentations
  • Take minutes of both internal and external meetings
  • Answer and route phone calls, take messages, distribute correspondence

  • Ensure the efficiency of business operations and also set strategic goals for the future.
  • Provide guidance that will improve performance in a manner that incorporates the company’s vision and culture while ensuring the long-term success of the company.
  • Formulate and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of organizational goals.

Job Description For Grain Trader

  • Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company’s products.
  • Managing inbound inventory and market grain procurement services.
  • Manages and oversees the whole sales process.
  • Ensure customer loyalty to existing customers and also the acquisition of new customers
  • Penetrate all targeted prospects and radiate sales from within client base
  • Inform and aid buyers, operations and sales support persons by communication of customer’s needs and preferences
  • Promote and secure business-to-business sales.
  • Complete sales, achieve monthly targets and commit to sales results
  • Be present in all sales meetings and appointments
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports

  • Fast and precise with paperwork, data analysis, attentive to detail and must be process driven
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, and market new business.
  • Exceptional interpersonal human relations and team building skills
  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Must be available to travel and attend sales events or exhibits
