CWF Hamilton and Co Ltd Engineering Scholarships at University of Canterbury in New Zealand 2020
The University Of Canterbury in New Zealand is providing the CWF Hamilton and Co Ltd Engineering Scholarships to eligible candidates who are looking at obtaining a degree program at the university.
This scholarship supports study towards a Master of Engineering (ME) degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Canterbury. It was founded in 2000 by a donation from CWF Hamilton & Co Ltd. The scholarship award is tenable for registration of up to 120 points, by full-time and part-time candidates at the school. One scholarship award, providing financial aid to a value of $16,500 is obtainable yearly.

Eligibility for CWF Hamilton and Co Ltd Engineering Scholarships at University of Canterbury
- Candidate should have satisfied the academic requirements for enrolment in a program for an ME degree program in Mechanical Engineering.
- Applicant must be an International Student
- Applicants must have completed his/her Bachelor’s degree program
In addition, for applicants who have completed the academic requirements, but not the non-academic requirements for the BE(Hons) degree, offers of awards are conditional on the completion and crediting of the non-academic requirements by 15 March in the year following the year of application for the scholarship. Candidates may not assume the scholarship award until such non-academic requirements have been satisfied and credited.
Every recipient not already enrolled in a program for the Master of Engineering (ME) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Canterbury, should normally be enrolled in that program by 31 March in the year succeeding the year of application. A beneficiary who is not able to enroll by that closing date has to seek permission from the Dean of Engineering to take up the scholarship award at a later date. Without this permission, the award will be terminated.
