Job Position: Documentation & Process Improvement Officer

Location: Ota, Ogun State
Department: Quality & Regulatory Affairs


  • Manages all controlled documents such as Batch Records, SOPs, Specification Documents, Test Protocols, Validation Documents to prevent unauthorized access, use, disposal, etc.
  • Make sure of traceability of all quality documentation through effective storage and retrieval system.
  • Oversee documentation process to ascertain that all deviations/investigations/change control, incidents are duly documented, completed, communicated, approved and accurately filed.
  • Carry out timely Product Quality Review in order to ascertain the current quality profile of the products and engance their continuous improvement.
  • Make available all necessary technical information expected for on-time registration of existing and new products by NAFDAC and other relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Arranges effective destruction of operational document or quality records at the end of its expiry life.
  • Track adherence to the Regulatory Procedures SOPs and make sure that they are updated regularly as required.
  • See to it that all Manufacturing/Packaging Batch Product documents are properly signed by respective authorities.
  • Effectively conduct validation and qualification of equipment and processes.
  • Makes weekly report on all activities on the job.
  • Actively assist in any other areas of work within the section as appropriate.
