Eligibility for Freshman International Scholarship at University of Mississippi
- Applicants must be International Students
- Applicants must provide the evidence of their proficiency in the English language through one of the following English tests: PDT TOEFL, TOEFL iBT, TOEFL Paper Based Test ITP, TOEFL My Best™ Score, IELTS, PTE-A, Password Skills Test and others.
- Applicants must have graduated from a high school outside of the USA.
Scholarship awards are typically granted for enrollment starting with a fall term, are non-deferrable and non-transferable, though can be renewed, given that academic progression and grade requirements are fulfilled, and lawful presence in the USA is kept. Students may be granted the scholarship award for a total of 4 academic sessions towards a first bachelor’s degree program only.
Foreign students who are externally funded (e.g. by their government) may not be eligible for these scholarship awards.
