Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material. Receiving and welcoming guests as they approach the front desk. Answering questions and addressing complaints.

Requirements

• High school diploma or relevant qualification.
• A minimum of 1-year proven experience in a similar role.
• Good comprehension of office administration and simple bookkeeping practices.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
