How to Apply for GSK Scholarships at LSHTM
The application process has two steps. To be considered for the funding, applicants must meet all eligibility criteria and complete both steps outlined below by the scholarship deadline of 23:59 (GMT) on Sunday 28 February 2021.
Hand in an application for 2021-22 for a London-based MSc program of study, using the guidelines under the ‘How to Apply’ tab on the applicable program of study page.
Hand in an online scholarship awards application, choosing ‘2021-22 GSK Scholarships for Future Health Leaders’ selection from the drop-down menu. A filled supplementary questions form for this scholarship award has to be uploaded as part of this application. This is the only attachment needed in step 2 (as candidates must have already submitted reference letters; transcripts; a CV etc. with their application for admission).
Candidates are implored to complete Step 1 early to give enough time for their GBP 50.00 application fee payment for LSHTM admissions to be processed. Until the payment is processed, candidates will not be able to submit an application for admission. They therefore recommend that candidates for this funding finish and submit their application for study at least 1-2 weeks prior to the scholarship awards closing date to make sure that there are no admissions or payment processing delays which might affect meeting the scholarship award closing date. Where possible, they encourage candidates to hand in a finished application for study as far in advance of the scholarship award closing date as possible, to give room for timely processing.
