Job Position: Metering Project Management Supervisor

  • Location: Lagos
  • Job Type: Full time
  • Reporting To: Metering Project Manager

Job Description 

  • Make sure all projects are documented as well as assisting materials and project plans are up to date and always available for all stakeholders.
  • Research and explain metering options as pertaining to business decision and project accomplishments to direct optimal decision making.
  • The candidate will be in charge of keeping the project risk register up to date and mention this in the project’s progress status meeting.
  • Oversee every project meeting and make sure minutes are distributed amongst stakeholders once concluded.
  • Function as the communication liaison between the metering project team and functional teams.
  • Keep resolution feedback up to date and see to it that timely feedback is given to escalations and cross-functional units.
  • Adhere to Quality Management System and Operational Health & System requirements as well as goals and usable regulations pertaining to assigned jobs.

Job Requirements 

  • An equivalent Bachelor’s Degree with not less than of 2-4 years related work experience working on a project or in a similar position in a utility service company.
  • The applicant should be proficient in using Microsoft office suite.
  • Excellent data analytic Skills
  • Efficient data presentation skills
  • Versatile know-how and credible working knowledge of major platforms and application management
  • Able to function well under pressure and also multi-task efficiently.
  • A self-starter who can plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
