Job Description 

  • Regularly monitor case workers and ensure that staffs accurately document cases in GBVIMS+
  • Oversee in-case conferences sessions at the LGA stage.
  • Ascertain case workers abide by the steps necessary in case management, record the action plan and liaise with survivor to execute plan.
  • Follow-up with case workers to ensure developed plans are implemented.
  • Ensure case management steps are followed, referrals and documentation are happening in an appropriately and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular meetings with caseworkers for debriefing and provide support as may be needed.
  • Oversee the database of recorded cases, to show the statistics and all other relevant details.
  • Maintain positive coordination and relationships with partner and other IRC sector staff.

Job Requirements 

  • Applicant must have the minimum of a University degree in social sciences/biological sciences from a reputable Institution of learning.
  • Possession of credible counseling and training experience, as well as reliable experience working with women and girls.

Job Description

Job Description

Job Requirements
