Job Description 

  • Provide administrative and communication support for CTO events
  • Manage the production of events by external producers.

Job Description 

  • Oversee and coordinate the Secretary-General’s official and social schedule and appointments.
  • Handle the Secretary General’s incoming mails.
  • Support the Secretary-General in supervising output, workflow and office deadlines.
  • Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, as well as correspondence via social media and answer queries where possible;
  • Receive and open all hard copy mails for and addressed to the Secretary-General.
  • Organize and take minutes at meetings in which Secretary-General is involved

Job Description 

  • Coordinate the strategic financial direction of the organization in order to deliver the organization’s strategic plan;
  • See to it that the CTO budget assists the Strategic Plan.
  • Build and keep effective systems of budgeting and financial management for CTO’s activities.
  • Create and sustain effective systems and mode of operation to oversee financial and business risks and secure CTO’s assets;
  • Ensure full compliance with the CTO’s Financial Regulations;
