The University of Oxford provides Oxford-Swire Graduate Scholarship in History for foreign students to pursue a postgraduate degree program for the 2021/2022 academic year.

One full scholarship award is obtainable for candidates who are applying to any full-time graduate program in the Faculty of History within the range accepted by University College. The Oxford-Swire Graduate Scholarship is mutually funded by the University and by Sir John Swire, who studied History at University College from 1948, and is a renowned Old Member (alumnus) and Honorary Fellow of University College.

The scholarship award provides program fees and offers a grant for living expenses. Scholarship awards are made for the full length of your fee liability for the agreed program.

The scholarship award is only available at University College. All qualified candidates will be given consideration for the scholarship award, irrespective of which college (if any) you specify as your preference on the graduate application form. However, successful candidates will be moved to University College so as to take up the scholarship award.
