The Smithsonian institution provides biodiversity genomic postdoctoral fellowship programs to candidates who have concluded their Ph.D. Studies or will conclude it before the program starts. IBM Ph.D. Fellowship Award program for students worldwide 2021:

IBM Ph.D. Fellowship program is provided to exceptional Ph.D. candidates who desire to leave their mark in the field of technology. The selected applicants will be supervised by an IBMER to work together on a technology or a research project for the period of the program.

Emphasis areas of the program are Artificial Intelligence (AI), data science/Big Data/analytics, blockchain, quantum computing, security, and the internet of things. The fellowship award value can increase to $60,000 for the initial year and up to $35,000 for year two, depending on the nation. Hon Kong Ph.D. Fellowship scheme for International Students in China:

The University Grants Committee provides the Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship program for foreign students in China, in association with the Research grant council. This fellowship program intends to attract the brightest candidates from all over the world and inspire them to pursue their Ph.D. Study programs in the universities of Hong Kong.

The beneficiary will receive an allowance of HK$ 319,200 yearly (around US$40,900) and an allowance of HK$13,300 yearly for the conference and research-related trips, for up to three years.

The Future Ph.D. Fellowship in Schlumberger Foundation in the UK:

The future Ph.D. Fellowship program for women is a scholarship award established in 2004 that’s devoted to underrepresented women from developing nations and emerging nations for applicants who want to pursue their Ph.D. Studies in different STEM fields in the best research institutions all over the world.
